We followed a disciplined six-phase approach: data discovery and requirements gathering, data ingestion and storage, data transformation and creation of reporting views, dashboard development, client feedback and updates, and dashboard deployment.

We helped RACQ refine their training policy and automated the capture and transformation of the underlying data.

We designed and productionised a series of interactive Tableau dashboards giving an all-encompassing view of professional development, featuring an Organisational Compliance Summary, a Business Line Dashboard and individual Staff Member Compliance Dashboards.

We tested with stakeholders and tuned the dashboards for clarity and performance, and built the system to refresh automatically overnight so the data stays accurate and relevant.
