Off-the-shelf inventory tools do not understand the way immunisation stock actually works: batch-level expiry, cold-chain storage, funding streams and the reporting clinics are held to. The result is a tool that almost fits, and a spreadsheet on the side to cover the gaps.

We built ImmunaStock as a custom web app modelling vaccine stock the way clinics think about it: by batch, expiry date, storage location and funding source.

Automated expiry and reorder alerts surface what needs attention before it becomes a problem, so stock is used in date order and reordered in time.

Reporting is built for how clinics actually account for stock (not a generic inventory report), and everything is hosted and supported by us on an ongoing plan.
