The challenge
Battery-test data, day-to-day operations and billing lived in separate tools and spreadsheets. Pulling a clear picture together was slow, manual and error-prone.
The business needed a single place to run operations and see the numbers, not another disconnected tool, but a hub that fit the way they actually work.
Our approach
We built a custom web app that consolidates test data, operations and billing into one platform, with a governed data model underneath so the numbers reconcile.
Clear operational dashboards sit on top of that model, and the workflow and reporting are tailored to the business rather than bent around off-the-shelf software.
As with all our apps, it is hosted, updated and supported on an ongoing plan so it keeps working as the business grows.
